Global Awareness Technology Project
The Global Awareness and Technology Project focus's Fairfax County's Student Achievement Goals 1.4 and 1.5. Goal 1.4a;
Students will understand the interrelationship and interdependence of the countries and cultures of the world.
and students will effectively use technology to access, communicate, and apply knowledge and to foster creativity.
This project will be a year long research process that explores the interdependence of countries and cultures throughout history. Throughout the year as students learn about different cultures in world history. Students will be gathering data about the cultures they are learning and will use this information to create projects that incorporate technology and an understanding of the culture.
